Terms of Service — The Husband's Boyfriend

Agreement. These Terms of Service govern your use of TheHusBF.com and any purchase you make from The Husband's Boyfriend, a trade name of CaseyOS LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Refund & Return Policy, our Shipping Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

Age requirement. This website sells sexually oriented products and is intended only for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to view this site or buy from it. By using this site, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, or if sexually oriented products or images offend you, you must leave this website immediately.

Order review. We may cancel and refund any order we reasonably believe was placed by someone under 18, or that we cannot ship lawfully to the delivery address.

Product use. Products are sold for adult novelty and personal use. Follow all manufacturer instructions and safety warnings. Consult a medical professional before use if you have health concerns. Manufacturer warranties, where offered, are passed through to you; otherwise products are covered only by our Refund & Return Policy.

Pricing. Prices follow the manufacturers' advertised pricing policies and may change without notice.

Orders and payment. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, limit, or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, are placed for resale, or contain pricing or listing errors. If we cancel after you are charged, we will refund you in full. You agree to give accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Applicable Massachusetts sales tax is added at checkout.

Product information. We try to describe and photograph products accurately, but colors, sizes, and packaging may vary slightly, and manufacturers may change products without notice. Products and availability can change at any time.

Personal use only. Products are sold to end customers for personal use. You may not buy products from us to resell them.

Accounts. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under it. Tell us right away if you think your account has been misused.

Prohibited uses. You may not use this site to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, upload harmful code, scrape or copy the site, interfere with its security, or attempt purchases on behalf of anyone under 18.

Intellectual property. The name The Husband's Boyfriend, our logo, our handmade product designs, and our original site content belong to CaseyOS LLC. Other brand names and product images belong to their respective manufacturers. You may not copy or reuse our content without written permission.

Reviews and messages. If you send us a review, photo, or message, you allow us to use it to run and promote the store. Do not send anything explicit, unlawful, or that you don't have the right to share. We may remove any content at our discretion.

Disclaimer. Except as stated in our Refund & Return Policy or a manufacturer's warranty, products and this site are provided "as is" to the extent allowed by law.

Limitation of liability. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under Massachusetts consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Indemnification. You agree to cover losses and costs we face because you broke these Terms, misused a product, or broke the law.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts, unless the law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.

Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

Mobile Terms of Service

The The Husband's Boyfriend mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by CaseyOS LLC (“The Husband's Boyfriend”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to The Husband's Boyfriend’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of The Husband's Boyfriend through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with The Husband's Boyfriend. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to 857-666-8527 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other The Husband's Boyfriend mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
